At Escribo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Escribo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
